RETURNS POLICY
Customers have up to 14 days to return an item for a refund, store credit or an alternative product (exchange).
For returns to be valid, the item must be returned in their original brand new condition – unused and unwashed. Returns must also be returned in their original packaging.
If the items are not in their original condition, a refund will not be issued and the products will be returned to you.
To return an item kindly visit our store or alternatively send it by courier to the following address.

In case of faulty or damaged products the item can be exchanged or alternatively a full refund can be issued.
RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return kindly send an email to [email protected]. Whereby you should specify the order number, the items you wish to return, the reason for returning as well as the return type – refund, exchange or store credit.
One of our customer representatives will then get back to you with further instructions.
Alternatively come visit our stores and we can process it there and then.
REFUNDS
Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded to your original payment method. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost.
Allow 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
